Sedgemont produces specialised content for professional services, technology, banking and wealth management businesses.
Developing engaging content can be difficult when you want to showcase your abilities without appearing too sales-orientated.
We work closely with the experts in your business, shaping a bespoke package of communications around them, ranging from opinion articles, key collaborations and media commentary to web copy and podcasts.
Improving the visibility of your business or membership group via a structured and sophisticated content development strategy is our goal. Let’s start a conversation…
Executive Profiles
We are all human, even senior executives. Personal profiles allow clients to see beyond the boardroom and glimpse the real person behind the suit. A great way to build trust.
Key Collaborations
Key collaborations bring together several specialist practitioners from one or more organisations to debate topical industry developments. They are designed to capture opinion and display competency and depth of knowledge on issues your clients care about.
Media Commentary
Expert opinion articles are one of the best ways to raise the profile of your business. Sedgemont will write articles in collaboration with your key people and use our extensive editorial contacts to publish them in the right places.
Performance
Performance is the beating heart of an asset management business. Supplement the numbers with opinion, quarterly reviews and economic commentary to enhance clarity for your clients.
White Papers
White papers analyse a topical issue in forensic detail, often incorporating client surveys. They are a great way to add credibility to your business and highlight innovation and critical thinking.
Nick has been a professional writer for 15 years. Prior to establishing Sedgemont, he worked in the City of London,
specialising in thought leadership and content creation for two major investment banks – RBS and Barclays.
He started his career as a financial journalist in the UK’s regional newspaper industry, serving as the Business Editor of
two leading North West newspapers and then Managing Editor of the global professional services magazine, Corporate International.
He has significant experience of distilling and ‘translating’ complex themes, discussions and arguments into an easily
readable, well-articulated format. He regularly chairs roundtable debates, both physical and virtual, and has acted as a communications adviser to senior investment bankers and fund managers.
Nick’s journalistic training means he is always looking for the most interesting angle in any debate or interview, teasing out the pertinent information from a topic and presenting it in an engaging manner.
Nick founded Sedgemont in 2015 with the goal of improving the visibility of his clients’ businesses via structured and sophisticated content development strategies.
